Rio Le Moignan

Rio Le Moignan is originally from Guernsey, but isn't very good at staying in one place very long; home usually means wherever her family is. She is probably too old to play on swings, but doesn't let that stop her. She has poems in Jabberwocky and Strange Horizons.

       The birds were called by the scent of the perfume: a savage, freezing scent that Ilmari created for his mysterious patron, Siegfried. Swarming outside his window in a kaleidoscope of blue, Ilmari knows there is something special, something powerful, about this creation: and the imminent arrival of Siegfried will soon show just how powerful.
